ILONA I’BEAUTY REWARDS is a points-based loyalty program in which customers earn points on purchases, made at ILONA.COM. The accumulation of points may be used to unlock tier benefits and can be redeemed for certain rewards that ILONA.COM reserves the right to determine. 

Points can be redeemed through the REWARDS icon found at the bottom any ILONA.COM page. After signing into your rewards account, select “Get Rewards” in the REWARDS icon. From there, select “Redeem – You choose the value”, where you can decide how many points you would like to redeem at a time. Members must have a balance of 100 or more points to redeem.

Members can view their points balance and tier status through the REWARDS icon located at the bottom of any ILONA.COM page.

Points expire 365-days after obtaining them. Members will be notified 7 days prior to their expiration via email using the address on-file.

Members earn points on all purchases with the exception of certain promotions, sales, and digital gift cards. ILONA.COM reserves the right to determine qualifying events.

Gift card recipients and purchasers are not eligible to collect points.

After a verified purchase at ILONA.COM, it takes 72 hours for your points balance to reflect the newly accumulated points.

If you have created a prior ILONA.COM account, you do not need to sign-up. However, if you have made purchases with us before under guest settings, you will need to create an account to begin accumulating points on your future purchases. 

Tiers indicate your status in the program. There are three tiers: Tier 1 is I’LIKE, Tier 2 is I’LOVE and Tier 3 is I’ADORE. Each tier has their own collection of rewards and benefits that ILONA.COM reserves the right to determine. You can view the benefits of each tier in the REWARDS tab located in the main menu, or at the top of this page.

To unlock a new level, you must collect the minimum number of points that each tier requires:

Tier 1: I’LIKE 1 - 799 points

Tier 2: I’LOVE  800 – 1,999 points

Tier 3: I’ADORE  2,000+ points

Member’s tier status will expire after 365-days, unless the minimum number of points to unlock the next tier is collected, then you will upgraded. To stay in your current tier, you must accumulate your tier’s minimum number of points the year prior, to continue with your benefits after the 365-day period.

If a product is returned, or an order is cancelled, the number of points gained from the purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of I’BEAUTY REWARDS at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.

I’BEAUTY REWARDS is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.

If your membership is terminated or expires, rewards, benefits and points in your account will automatically terminate.

Rewards, benefits and points earned through I’BEAUTY REWARDS have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits and points.

Members must have a balance of 100 or more points to redeem for benefits and rewards.

We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for I'BEAUTY REWARDS and/or for any given tier or level of points, in any given time period or for the duration of the program, and/or any combination thereof.

By becoming an I’BEAUTY REWARDS member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the program Terms & Conditions, and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, our website Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the program, you can opt-out by contacting Client Services at 1.888.38.ILONA.

Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
